This week will witness the release of Farhad-Sajid’s Akshay Kumar and Tamannah Bhatia starrer, ENTERTAINMENT. As we had already stated in one of our write ups, sandwiched between Salman’s (still) strong KICK and Ajay Devgn’s sureshot hit SINGHAM RETURNS, Akshay’s ENTERTAINMENT, despite being a well-made film, will not be able to achieve the success that it would have, had it released at another date. Having said that, ENTERTAINMENT is all set to embark on a good to decent start, this Friday.

It was an almost a blank week at the box-office with just two small releases, LATEEF: KING OF CRIME and VATSYAYANA KAMASUTRA -2. Both were trade disasters.

Moving on, Bhushan Kumar’s Sushant-Surveen starrer, HATE STORY 2, added another crore, thus netting 24 crore in two weeks from India and is an above average fare, thanks to the reasonable involved costs.
