*Beauty sleep:

Try to sleep for at least eight hours every night. If you don’t get enough sound sleep, your skin looks tired just like you — it sags and you also get bags under eyes. So don’t risk it. You can also apply honey on your face twice or thrice a week to naturally soothe and heal your skin.

Tip: Don’t forget to wash and moisturize your face before going to bed.

*Sweat it out:

Exercise regularly. Also, running, jogging and yoga will give your body the necessary blood circulation and accelerate the oxygen level for cleansing process of your entire body. You will notice a glow on your face after working out. Racing against time? Just take a brisk walk around the block.

*You are what you eat:

Keep a check on what you eat. Focus on the balance of foods and you’ll feed your skin the vital nutrients. It will help your skin stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Treat your skin by eating antioxidant-rich fruit and vegetables, good fats and a varied and balanced diet. Your skin reflects what all you eat so choose wisely.

*Bid adieu to your worries:

When you feel stressed more than often, your body changes its chemical proportion inside which can be seen on your face. You might witness some wrinkles or dry skin which are nothing but a result of your overstress.

Meditation is a proven stress buster, but it’s not the only one. Treat yourself with regular massages or a mani-pedi. Rest more, clear your mind and stay beautiful!

There is no tomorrow. So, get started today with these healthy habits that will make you look your best.
