Amitabh (meaning the light that will never go off) is in true sense the role model of the great Satyajit Ray’s perception/understanding of a ‘star’. But Bachchan is Bachchan – the phenomenon for millions since childhood. Amitabh Bachchan performed on stage at a very small age, then theatre, then movies, then singing, then production then anchors he was and is unstoppable.
A true star as said by Satyajit Ray, Amitabh Bachchan remained interesting, expressive even when he did nothing. His silence and the burning rage under and the situation in India during the mid 70 saw a voice, light, and hope in Vijay. He remained a winner even after losing and dying in his greatest blockbusters. He was not in action but still remained in action.
Amitabh Bachchan has completed 5 decades today in Bollywood and is raring to go. the zest can make many youngsters to shame. He continues to charm everywhere – silver screen, tv screen, mobile screen, computer screen, any screen any media.
