Farhan Akhtar has left for the shoot of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's much-touted film BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG at Bollywood's favorite location, Ladakh. The second schedule of the film will last for 25 days.
The director-turned-actor, Farhan Akhtar had earlier been to the same location for his Hrithik Roshan starrer LAKSHYA. Reminiscing filming LAKSHYA, the actor surely seems to be happy about his journey.
Farhan tweeted saying, ''Leaving for BMB second schedule. To the heavenly location called Ladakh. Mind racing back to time spent there 10 years ago, filming Lakshya. (sic)''
Farhan, who plays the role of a renowned athlete 'Milkha Singh', has been thoroughly preparing himself for this character. He has developed a well-toned athlete body and following a strict regime. Sonam Kapoor has been paired opposite him in the film.
The spokesperson attached to the film says, ''He has worked really hard to achieve and maintain the look and physique required for the film. Farhan had to take care of his regimen even during his break. He gives his 100 per cent when he's shooting for a film, and disconnects himself completely from everyday activities.''
