Independence Day bonanza, SINGHAM RETURNS, the follow up to Ajay-Rohit’s cult hit, SINGHAM, has not only managed to equal the best opening day record (32 crore) of films like SRK’s CHENNAI EXPRESS and Salman’s EK THA TIGER, but has continued its winning run, even on a normal Saturday.

As per the second day circuit wise stats with us, SINGHAM RETURNS has netted 8.85 crore from Mumbai, 3.67 crore from Delhi-U.P., 1.67 crore from East Punjab, 0.69 crore from Mysore, 0.60 crore from West Bengal, 1.32 crore from Rajasthan, 1.07 crore from Hyderabad-Nizam, 0.14 crore from Tamil Nadu-Karnataka, 1.27 crore from CP- Berar, 0.80 crore from Central India, 0.48 crore from Bihar, 0.14 crore from Assam, 0.21 crore from Orissa and 0.15 crore from Nepal.
