Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar has been on a promotional spree for his upcoming film BOSS. Amidst all this, the actor has a big reason to rejoice about. Akshay Kumar’s fans have created a new Guinness World Record ahead of the release of Akshay’s next film.

WORLD’S LARGEST POSTER OF BOSS AND THE GUINNESS WORLD
RECORD CERTIFICATE

For his upcoming film BOSS, his fans who call themselves ‘Team Akshay’, swung into action and managed to create a special poster for his film (size 58.87m wide and 54.94m high) that turned out to be the largest in the world. Earlier, this record was held by Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ album.

The poster was unveiled on October 3 and finds a mention on the Guinness World Records portal. The official certification for the same was done in the UK itself. ‘It’s a matter of honor. I thank everyone who made this possible,’ Akshay Kumar.

A special event has been planned in Mumbai on 15th Oct 2013, where all Akshay Kumar fans are invited to launch the poster, the event will also see the Guinness World Record officials handing over the certificate to the BOSS.

BOSS is an action comedy, produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures, Cape of good films and Ashwin Varde Productions and is scheduled to release on 16th October.
