Prashant Singh is the man who has created an empire of his own. At a very young age, he established himself as a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. Now he is trying his luck in acting with his new single Humsafar. The song is sung by Vivek Verma and it is a romantic track.
Prashant Singh has established his own film production house called “Ek Rapaiya Productions”, also he is the CEO of an audio label known as Raag Audio. When the song “Humsafar” came to his production house, he loved the song. Prashant Singh says, “When my team saw my excitement, they insisted me to act in the video.
They boosted me and gave me the confidence to come in front of the camera. My first acting experience was wonderful as this was the first time I was in front of the camera.
I have always been the person behind the camera but being in front is an entirely new experience. I know this is not 100 percent but I have worked hard. Music is something that attracts one and all.
Everyone loves music, also if you want to make your presence in the market felt, music is the best way. I have also financed many short films and feature films, so I did not have any mentions.”
According to Prashant Singh, as a businessman perspective, the value of a rupee is the highest. It is the most important aspect of our currency. Second is without rupee you cannot make a particular amount complete, every rupee count.
Also, he began his business with a rupee. During his struggling period in Nagpur, he had a rupee and have slept on the railway station there. One day he borrowed a newspaper from a guy there and used that rupee to make a call to a company that had vacancy.
He got the job and that is how his career began. So, he will remember that rupee in his whole life. And this is the reason, why he named his production house “Ek Rupaiya Productions”.
Prashant says, “I am focused and do what I want, my vision is clear. Also, I trust my team, everyone who works with me which makes the process easier. Acting is a tough job. Facing the camera is not easy not everyone can do it.
I honestly do not support them. They may be good to listen but the originals are what rule, and we need to make more of it. We are so engrossed in remixing the past ones that we are not keen to get into originals.”
