Prateik Babbar, who is finding a new high after making an impressive theatre debut in SIX playing a gay character, just made his 30th birthday special.
In an exclusive chat with us, the actor shared his special moments from his 30th birthday that happened yesterday, he said, “On my 30th birthday last evening I spent time with my family. I visited my 92 year old grandfather.”
Getting nostalgic, Prateik reminisced his favourite birthday experience and said, “My favourite birthday memory till date was my 28th birthday when I got to spend precious time with my late grandmother. She passed away just a day after her birthday.
This was my second birthday without her. No gift for me is equivalent to seeing your family and close people be happy and proud of you. Fortunately for me I get that gift every year”
The talented actor, who starred in Saurav Chakraborty’s Bengali socio-political drama AURONI TAUKHON two years ago, will now foray into Bengali theatre.
Speaking on this new development, the actor said, “The encouraging response that I received for my play SIX has given me the confidence to explore the medium further. Since I have done a Bengali film earlier, I am familiar with the language.”
Here’s wishing Prateik An eventful year ahead. Stay blessed!!
