Himesh Reshammiya has decided to take a well-deserved 15 days break after an exhaustive 2012 that saw him occupied as a composer, producer and an actor. During this holiday, he is planning to formalise modalities for his international album ‘@ da edge’. Interestingly, his first single from the album, ‘I Have Been Waiting For You So Long’, would have a Justin Bieber and Rihanna connection.

“The video would be shot in the U.S. by director Roman White who has directed videos for Justin Bieber. Also, Himesh’s new look would come courtesy Damian and Avigail who have been styling Rihanna. Himesh would be meeting them both during his holiday at an undisclosed location,” informs a source.
For someone who hardly takes a break from work, Himesh is trying to make the most till 7th January before he resumes work.
CHECK OUT: After KHILADI 786, Himesh promises 50 chartbusters
“After five biggies in a row as a composer, BODYGUARD, BOL BACHCHAN, SON OF SARDAAR, OMG OH MY GOD! and KHILADI 786, each of which has done a worldwide business of over 100 crores (and hence making him a permanent member of the club), he plans to work round the clock next year. So now is the only time he can take out time for a holiday. He wants to return to work with a bang and give at least the double number of hits in 2013,” adds the source.
“However while doing that he is also keeping a close eye on his international assignments. He has huge plans for ‘@ da edge’, the launch of which would take place in Paris and a subsequent full-fledged release in 122 countries,” the source continues.
The album has 15 songs which are composed and sung by Himesh with remixes by hottest DJ of the business, Edward Maya.
