Going with the concept of the upcoming Arjun Rampal-Chitrangada Singh starrer INKAAR which deals with sexual harassment issue at work place, the makers of the film has commissioned a huge research across India to find out sexual behavior in office environment.
Vaicom 18, producers of the film, have asked the biggest research agency to conduct the behavior pattern of colleagues in office. Since most executives spend around 10 – 12 hours of a day in office it's very natural for them to strike up friendships, get into relationships in office and lead to complications.
Conducted across six metros – Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Calcutta, Pune and Chandigarh. Vaicom 18 is spending around 2 crs for same. Hard hitting questions were asked equally to male and female respondents.
No other film has done this kind of research or survey. All research or surveys conducted are more for their companies / channels for year along but never for an individual movie.
INKAAR deals with a lot of controversial topic that resonate with everyone who works in an office.
Spokesperson of Vaicom 18's INKAAR confirms, ''Yes we have initiated a very big survey. It's an expensive affair, however worth it with the kind of results it throws up.''
Directed by Sudhir Mishra, INKAAR is set to release on 18th January 2013.
