Jacqueline Fernandez is one of the fittest actresses we have in Bollywood today. And her fitness regime is pretty interesting and can inspire all of us to stay fit.

Says the actress, “I love looking good while I’m working out. I do a bunch of things. My routine over the years has been really effective. I do pilates, weight training and yoga. Apart from that, dance is very important for me. I do it in my movies. It’s fantastic for cardio and stamina. Then once or twice a week I try to do horse riding.”
She further adds, “On some days, I just wake up and give one hour to myself (for fitness). I don’t think we do that. We are all caught up in our work and personal lives. We just don’t realise how much love we can give ourselves just by giving seven hours a week.”
