By making it two in a row as a producer who wants his content to do the talking, John Abraham has managed to deliver with films as distinct as VICKY DONOR and MADRAS CAFE.
Keeping his 'babies' as 'non-Bollywood' as possible, John is consciously driving an agenda as far as career choices are concerned.
Meanwhile he has already begun work on his, WELCOME BACK, which is pegged as being an out and out entertainer, Anees Bazmee ishytle. The film is also noticeable for the fact that it has producer Firoz A.
Nadiadwala at the helm of affairs who is currently embroiled in a controversy along with Rajkumar Santoshi, who has accused him of threat.
Isn't John bothered by all the allegations that are being thrown on his producer?
"Firoz is a very dignified man and handles his problems with a lot of grace. All I can say is that he is my producer and I stand by him. He is a good man," says John.
He has a good line up ahead of him to be occupied enough for next couple of years at the least.
'I would begin work as an actor in my next action flick with Nishikant Kamat. There is no name to it yet. Also, as a producer, we will get going on HAMAARA BAJAJ, which is a tentative title. I have also brought rights to this Telugu film MIRCHI which I would work on after these films.
Then there is G-39 which is going to be a good light-hearted action comedy," says John before signing off.
