1) Unique recreation of the Disco era makes Mithun Da go down the memory lane
The upcoming weekend of the kids dance reality show Super Dancer Chapter 3 will be an interesting mix of dance fusion performances where everyone from the judges – Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Anurag Basu, and Geeta Kapoor followed by the hosts – Paritosh Tripathi a.k.a Mamaji and Rathvik Dhanjani along with the contestants will be seen celebrating Mithun Da’s television comeback. On seeing such a unique performance on the theme disco done by the contestants along with the Guru’s made Mithun Da go on a nostalgia trip where he was seen getting overwhelmed. After the classical disco performance of contestant, Dhairya Tandon from Ludhiana on the song ‘Yaad aa raha hai’ Mithun Da excitedly commented, “Haan Yaad aa gye vo din”. Mithun da appreciated how his welcome was made grand by all the judges and the contestants who were dressed in the 90’s disco era. Recreating the golden era, Judge Anurag Basu was dressed up in the attire of actor Ranjit’s Robert look and graceful Shilpa Shetty Kundra and elegant Geeta Kapoor were dressed in dazzling disco attires.

To add a 2019 flavor to the 90s era, all the contestants and the gurus performed on the popular songs of Mithun Chakraborty making it a perfect fusion of performances which included disco-kathak, disco-lavni, disco-Bharatanatyam, disco-jazz and many more. 12-year-old contestant Prerana Salvi from Maharashtra received utmost appreciation for her dance on the song ‘Mausam hai hasane ka’. After her fusion disco performance, Mithun da commented, “She has truly redefined disco dancing with maximum disco steps in her performance.” Moreover, All the kids received tremendous appreciations for their top of the world performances.

3) Contestant Anwesha reminded Mithun Da of Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s dancing style
11-year-old contestant Anwesha from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh performed a mesmerizing fusion of classical and disco dancing. She diversified Bharatanatyam and added a flavor of Disco in her dance performance and left everyone in awe. Watching Anwesha’s lightning performance on the song ‘Mausam hai Hasne ka’ Mithun Da went down the memory lane recalling Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s first dance performance. He mentioned, “When I saw Shilpa dancing for the first time it was a Bijli performance for me. She was very graceful in her classical moves. Today, I could see the same energy and striking moves performed by Anwesha with complete grace. Anwesha showcased a power-packed performance today and I could not help but remember Shilpa’s first dance performance that I ever saw.”

4) The unexpected Lavni fusion performance of Jaishree Gogoi from Guwahati
After the fusion performance of 8-year-old contestant Jaishree on the song ‘Jhoom Jhoom Jhoom baba’, she received immense appreciation for the disco mix with lavni. An impressed Mithun da couldn't resist himself to give a standing ovation and commented, “I  could have never imagined disco combining with Lavni. This is beyond my imagination. Jaishree is so graceful that I believe it’s my bad that I haven’t met such a beautiful talent before. I wish I could have met you earlier”

5) Mithun Da appreciated 6-year-old contestant for being better than her Super-Guru
Super Dancer Rupsa Batabyal from Kolkata leaves no stone unturned to surprise the audience and the judges with her week on week performances. The coming weekend she will be seen performing on Mithun Da’s popular song “Julie Julie”. In the show where the contestants are seen performing with their super gurus, Rupsa received appreciations for being better than her guru Nishant. After her performance, Mithun Da commented, “This girl has performed even better than her super Guru Nishant. Now it’s time that Nishant should train himself because Rupsa is ready! “I am frankly speaking I didn’t even see Nishant performing. In the entire performance, I was just watching Rupsa and nobody else.”
