After ROCKSTAR and MADRAS CAFE, Nargis Fakhri is all set to star in the soon to be released, MAIN TERA HERO. She’ll be seen in a glamorous avatar in the film.

For an actress whose third film is about to release, one would expect her to have made quite a few friends in the industry. But that’s not the case according to the actress.

”I don’t really have any friends in Bollywood. I have acquaintances. It’s a huge disadvantage. I only have my agency to discuss my work. Everyone knows everyone, except for me. I’m just sitting and home,” says Nargis.

Nargis admits that she was hurt with all the flak she got post the release of ROCKSTAR. She says, ”It hurts when people say bad things about you. It was hurtful because I didn’t understand anything. I did ROCKSTAR for fun. I didn’t realise what I was getting into. I am a child in a big girl’s body. I have this child-like enthusiasm and positivity. But then I was chopped down. I got over it and understood that nobody cares about you. Nobody cares about how hard you try. They care about the final piece you show out there.”

Also starring Varun Dhawan and Ileana D’Cruz, MAIN TERA HERO is slated to release on April 4, 2014.
