Radhika enthuses ‘I think it is fascinating that international producers are bringing their energies and focus into Hindi cinema. BOMBAIRIYA is a lovely script and Meghna is a character unlike anything I have played before so I look forward to creating her with Pia. This film also adds another international co-production to my portfolio.’

Akshay Oberoi and Siddhanth Kapoor have remained attached to the film while the search for a leading lady was on.

The comic thriller is set to go on floors in April and May and will be shot in various parts of Mumbai.
