A father-son relationship is unique in its own way! Rishi Kapoor & Abhishek Bachchan, who will be seen as father-son duo in the upcoming film ALL IS WELL are seen sharing a different bond altogether.
At the trailer launch of the film, Abhishek was asked if he has ever had any differences with his father & megastar Amitabh Bachchan. To that he said, “No, because he doesn't consider me as his son, he treats me like his friend.
My father had once told me that his father, my dadaji had said that the day your son gets into your shoes, he stops being your son and becomes your friend.''
He added, ''Ever since I was ten or eleven, I have started wearing my dad's shoes and metaphorically, I still haven’t managed to fill his shoes, I am trying, but my dad is my friend.
So no, he doesn't disagree, he is very supportive. Whatever I do, he might have a difference of opinion, but he still gives me the opportunity to explain why I chose something and what my feeling were and he trusts me. So no, we haven't had any disagreements.''
When the same question was asked to Rishi ji whether he has had any disagreements with Ranbir, he said, ''I have never agreed only.''
Also starring Asin, Supriya Pathak & others, ALL IS WELL is directed by Umesh Shukla and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kishan Kumar, Shyam Bajaj & Varun Bajaj. The film is set to release on 21st August, 2015.
