Salman Khan & Kareena Kapoor Khan’s BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN to release in 50 countries

With Bollywood superstar Salman Khan churning out blockbusters every Eid, the expectations are bound to be high. Being a Salman Khan starrer and since it’s directed by Kabir Khan (who gave a hit like EK THA TIGER), there is a lot riding on upcoming release BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN.

As the film is highly anticipated to smash all the records and the competition is really stiff, the makers going ahead have planned to release BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN in approximately 50 countries outside India, and in more than 700 screens.
 
It is being said that from North African countries to the smallest towns in India, Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s upcoming film, BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN, will be distributed far and wide. Including the four major international markets like USA, UK, UAE and Australia having nearly 450 screens. So, in totality, the film will be releasing in more than 5,000 screens, with approximately 4,500 prints in India and others in overseas.

BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN will follow its tradition and release on Friday, July 17, in most of these countries, in some non-traditional markets such as Morocco, Tunisia, Korea, Taiwan and Poland, it will release at a later date.

Amar Butala, co-producer and COO, Salman Khan Films, says, “BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN is this year’s most awaited film, be it for the audiences, the distributors or exhibitors. This will be Salman’s widest release till date in India and in the overseas market. We are confident that the content of the film will not only be loved by his fans in India, but will also resonate with newer audiences across the 50-plus countries that the film will release in.”
 
Produced by Salman and Rockline Venkatesh, Bajrangi Bhaijaan also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead roles. The film will be distributed worldwide by Eros International, and is scheduled for release on July 17, 2015.
