The first song ‘Trippy Trippy’ of Sanjay Dutt starrer BHOOMI is out. Where filmmakers prefer to release the most melodious song from their film’s album first, the makers of BHOOMI chose an item number to be unveiled first. Usually the item numbers and promotional tracks are saved for the last or when the makers want to grab attention for their film, but looks like the marketing brains behind the film chose to go otherwise.
The song features Bollywood’s hot bombshell and now gradually turning an item queen Sunny Leone. Well even if the makers of BHOOMI thought to grab eyeballs, but the song fails in every aspect to create any impact. Because neither the song nor Sunny Leone’s moves add any charm or make you excited.
Despite having Ganesh Acharya’s choreography, the song is a lackluster. Rather than being a HOT number, this Sunny Leone song, laden with pelvic thrusts and booty shake, is bit sleazy.
And what surprises us is now even a filmmaker like Omung Kumar, who made films like MARY KOM and SARBJIT and now BHOOMI, has joined the bandwagon of having hot peppy number in the film for commercial reasons. Because it makes no sense to have a sizzling number in a father-daughter relationship film BHOOMI
The song has been sung by Neha Kakkar, Benny Dayal, Brijesh Sandhaliya and Badshah, composed by music composer duo Sachin-Jigar with lyrics penned by Priya Saraiya.
BHOOMI is an emotional and sensitive revenge drama that explores the relationship between a father and daughter.
Produced by T-Series & Legend Studios, ‘Bhoomi’ releases worldwide on September 22.
