Swara Bhaskar, who plays Salman Khan's sister in PREM RATAN DHAN PAYO, says every character has a special place in Sooraj Barjatiya's film. ''PREM RATAN DHAN PAYO is on the lines of HUM SAATH SAATH HAIN with the ensemble cast.

Everyone involved in the film has something pivotal to do in the film. It's a family-oriented affair but certainly not a HUM AAPKE HAIN KOUN?'' says the actress.

However, Swara isn't playing the lead character in the film. Despite winning accolades and awards for her striking performance in RAANJHANAA, ask what made her choose a supporting role yet again and she speaks candidly, ''With Salman Khan's presence everyone would be in a supporting role.

So there's no question about it. But even playing a supporting role beside him is a big thing. Besides, I did this film for Sooraj Barjatya and the coveted Rajshri banner.''

''Salman Khan is not just another actor. I am eagerly waiting and excited to work along with him. PREM RATAN DHAN PAYO would be quite challenging for me as I haven't done such type of genre and am not used to it,'' she adds further.

While women in Rajshri banner are depicted as very docile & coy and we have seen Swara mostly portraying bold and brash characters on-screen, ask if she is prepared for it and she says, ''In fact, women characters in this film would surprise everyone this time around.''

Probe her about the status of the movie and she reveals, ''Right now we are in the preparatory stage doing all sorts of scene, styling and look test. We will begin work on the film in July.''

Swara is also excited to once again team up with her co-stars of past films. ''Yes I am excited to team up again with good friends Sonam and Deepak Dobriyal, my co-stars in RAANJHANAA and TANU WEDS MANU respectively,'' she says.

Also starring Neil Nitin Mukesh, PREM RATAN DHAN PAYO is presented by Fox Star Studios and set to release on Diwali 2015.
