Coffee: A cup of coffee may provide more than just an energy boost. Coffee also appears to improve cognitive function and decrease the risk of depression so even if the opposition team is winning it shall help you to cope with the situation.
Water: While the above may be more to do with tastes and likings, do not forget to have enough water especially in the summer times. Indulgence in the game may make you forget that you haven’t gulped enough water.
