Actor Ajay Devgn said that his SINGHAM RETURNS team was planning to cancel the trailer launch event yesterday after hearing about the demise of legendary actress Zohra Sehgal on July 10.

“I do not know how to react and what to say on this. We were thinking to postpone the event but it was too late,” admitted Devgn.

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who was also present at the event, expressed her grief over the demise of Sehgal and said, “I am a great fan of Zohra ji. She was a great artiste, a legend. My sister Karisma and Ranbir (cousin) had the opportunity to work with her, I missed out on that. May her soul rest in peace.”
SINGHAM RETURNS is all set to release on August 15, 2014.
