Actor Aamir Ali has been lately declining a number of offers to act in small films. Aamir who was last seen in Hansal Mehta's YEH KYA HO RAHA HAI, as one of the four main protagonists and is a familiar name on the television scene with his role in KAHANI GHAR GHAR KI, admits that he is in no desperate hurry to take on inconsequential films. "I am better off doing an 'A' grade serial rather than doing a non-descript 'C' grade film. Besides I am counting on the release of my next film, ANJAAN, to make a major difference to my career," he says.
Besides ANJAAN, Aamir is also looking forward to the release of Hansal Mehta's RAAKH, in which he plays the protagonist. "I have a very powerful role in both the films and I don't mind waiting for their release, whenever it happens," he says. Has producer Ekta kapoor approached him for any of her films yet? "Not yet. I would love to work in her production if the opportunity arises. It has been a great experience working with her production in television," he says.
