In this 2013, Milan Lutharia directed film based on gangsters, we saw Akshay Kumar playing don Shoaib Khan. The film had Akshay donning a moustache and playing a baddie. OUATIMD though tanked at box-office, Akshay’s role was appreciated.
In this Abbas- Mustan directed film, Akshay played an out and out grey character Vikram Bajaj. The actor completely nailed this role and stole everyone’s thunder from the film. Akshay proved that he has the ability to hold people’s attention irrespective of the fact of playing a negative or positive role.
KHILADI 420 (2000)
Akshay played double role opposite Mahima Chaudhary in this Neeraj Vora film. His character Dev Kumar is one ruthless and con man, who kills his own boss in order to amass wealth.
In this romantic action drama film, Akshay Kumar again played a double role opposite Urmila Matondkar. As Rocky and Raja the actor again enthralled the audience with his acting chops. The film was directed by Guddu Dhanoa, received mixed reviews at box-office though.
