While BAAHUBALI is adding on to its historic collections, Aamir Khan’s DANGAL is setting milestones in China.

According to latest reports, the touching, uplifting motivating sports biopic drama which opened at 20 crores as we reported earlier has now surpassed the 100 crore figure in China.


Released in around 7000 screens, the movie that essays the story of Mahavir Singh Phogat (Aamir Khan) who taught wrestling to his daughters Geeta Phogat (Fatima Sana Shaikh) and Babita Kumari (Sanya Malhotra) to win at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, where Geeta won the gold medal (55 kg) while her sister Babita Kumari won the silver has raked in around 120 Crs In China till reports last came in.

Aamir Khan has reportedly thanked his fans in China. The actor who impressed the Chinese movie goers with the Chinese version of PK was quoted saying to India Today, “On behalf of our entire team, I would like to thank our Chinese audience and want them to know that we are all so happy."
