Ever since the announcement of Karan Johar's ambitious film KALANK was made, fans couldn’t wait for the teaser to be out. Today was the day when the media and the world witnessed the magnum opus teaser of KALANK. And in one word we could just spell it as magnificent! With a stellar star cast the film brings together the on-screen pairing of Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit after over two decades. Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit was a dream come true for every 90’s kid as they were back with a crackling chemistry with KALANK. Looking regal and twinning in black Sanjay Dutt couldn’t hold his excitement on Tuesday at the press conference saying that he would like to do more films with his long-time co-star.

“It felt good to work together after a long time. I'll try to work more with her", said Sanjay Dutt when asked how it was to team up with Madhuri for KALANK. Madhuri said that reuniting with former co-stars is always enriching. "We are working together after more than 20 years. Recently, I worked with Anil (Kapoor) after a long time. It's always wonderful to work with actors you've worked with before. Even here, it was wonderful," she said.

The reporters also quizzed the actors and asked what does KALANK mean to them to which, Sanjay Dutt just went on to his past and said, “I have been to jail, served my term what else can I say.” Whereas Varun Dhawan was in a jovial mood and made everyone laugh.

While Alia Bhatt was in tears as she went moist eyed being the Dharma kid and having down 9 films with Karan Johar she couldn’t hold back her tears and joked with Varun saying if he should also tell her Ma’-am as Sanjay Dutt address Madhuri. KALANK features an ensemble cast of Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. Directed Abhishek Varman, the period-drama is backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and is scheduled to release on April 17. We can’t wait to watch them back in beautiful saga of eternal love story KALANK.
