This is what one would call a stroke of luck. Harish Sughandh, the producer of APNE, had sold the satellite television, music and Overseas distribution rights of his film to a party for 8 crores. But the buyer delayed the payment of the signing amount, Sughand immediately cancelled the deal.
However, within no time, the audio rights were sold to T-Series for Rs. 1 crore, the Overseas rights to Shemaroo for Rs. 2.85 crores and now the satellite television rights to Moser Baer for a whopping 8 crores.
That is to say, Harish Sughand managed to sell the three rights for a total sum of 11.85 crores instead of the confirmed deal with the original buyer for only Rs. 8 crores.
