When the album of THE TRAIN hit the stands, there was one song that stood out from the rest of the crowd.
No, it wasn't the current chartbuster 'Woh Ajnabee' or the beautiful tracks 'Beete Lamhe' or 'Mausam'. It was 'Teri Tamanna', a rocking club mix track that sounded great in the very first hearing and was touted to be ?THE? song of the season whenever it arrived on the small screen.
What was predicted has now turned true, as the song has caught the fancy of the nation within days of its arrival. A pulsating track choreographed on Emraan Hashmi and Geeta Basra while boasting of a lavish picturisation, it is a superb dance number that should soon find it's way in clubs and discotheques.
Composer Mithoon has proved yet again that for creating a dance floor number, it is not necessary that the pace of rendition too should be super-paced. Even with the K.K and Zubeen singing at a moderate pace, the song creates a mood of seduction amidst moments of intimacy.
The arrangements are prominently western that keep the mood of THE TRAIN mainly urban and hence go well with the film's theme, setting and style. 'Teri Tamanna' is an instant winner and arrives in two more versions - 'Club Mix' and 'Euro Mix' - which makes it a high adrenalin ride that is hard to be missed!
Meanwhile the film continues to make news, as now it would be screened for a premier at all the four screens at the upcoming IIFA awards in Yorkshire!
