The coming Friday will witness three releases, Saif Ali Khan’s KAALAKAANDI, Anurag Kashyap’s MUKKABAAZ and the Vikram Bhatt directed 1921. It is but obvious that given the TIGER ZINDA HAI onslaught, none of the mentioned films will be able to achieve anything significant, though based on the brand value; the Zareen Khan Starrer 1921 has the best chances, comparatively speaking.

There were no Hindi releases last week and obviously the best performance came from the Hollywood venture JUMANJI: WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE (dubbed), which netted a good 29-30 crore during the opening week, for all versions combined.
