This week’s two prominent releases, Bohra Bros. Pvt Ltd and Pen India Ltd’s Anupam Kher and Akshaye Khanna starrer THE ACCIDENTAL PRIME MINISTER and Ronnie Screwvala’s URI, performed quite contrary to expectations. The trade and media thought that THE ACCIDENTAL PRIME MINISTER would walk all over Vicky Kaushal’s URI, but as the weekend progressed the outcome became obvious. While URI is sure to emerge as a clean success if not hit, THE ACCIDENTAL PRIME MINISTER may just about end up as a below average fare, as the best case scenario.
