Brandon Routh in Ashok Amritraj's DEAD OF NIGHT

Ashok Amritraj's Hyde Park Entertainment has teamed up with LA based comic book company Platinum Studios to co-produce DEAD OF NIGHT, a film of best-selling Italian comic book series 'Dylan Dog'.

Brandon Routh, who played Superman and Clark Kent in SUPERMAN RETURNS, will play Dylan, a private investigator drawn into the world of the undead. Created by Tiziano Sclavi, 'Dylan Dog' was first published in 1986 and has been translated into 17 languages.

DEAD OF NIGHT will be directed by Kevin Munroe, who directed last year's TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES.

Hyde Park Entertainment is currently producing STREET FIGHTER: THE LEGEND OF CHUN-LI directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak and starring Kristin Kreuk as Chun-Li, THE DARK COUNTRY which marks actor Thomas Jane's directorial debut for Sony's new Stage 6 label, and THE OTHER END OF THE LINE directed by James Dodson and starring Jesse Metcalfe with Shriya Saran.
