Tulsi Kumar, sister of T-series head honcho Bhushan Kumar, has been singing in Bollywood for a decade now. While 2015 has been a rocking year for her with her marriage and successful recreations of songs like 'Ae Mere Humsafar' and 'Mainu Isq Da', the year 2016 too has started on a positive note for her as AIRLIFT's song 'Soch Na Sake' has become quite popular amongst the audiences, especially in Mumbai.

But you would be surprised to know that Tulsi wasn't initially going to sing the said song.

In a candid chat with us, the singer revealed, 'Initially 'Soch Na Sake' was going to be just the male solo version, but I think the film wanted to incorporate a little love angle between Akshay and Nimrat. The recording of this song actually happened towards the end.'

Further telling us about how she ended up singing the song, Tulsi said, 'It's a beautiful song and everybody knows it's a recreation of a Punjabi song which is very dear to me. I used to get goosebumps when I heard the original version. Amaal composed it and has changed the antaras. That's how the song was recorded.'

Maybe that's what called luck! And we're glad Tulsi sung the song so beautifully!
