Post KAANTE, filmmaker Sanjay Gupta has always been associated with iconoclastic projects, irrespective of their box-office success. KAANTE (2002), MUSAFIR (2004) and ZINDA (2006) are a few such examples that come to mind straight away. The tradition continues with his latest White Feather venture, DUS KAHANIYAAN, which moves in an unusual direction and comes up with a ten-in-one combo.

Just to elaborate, the ten different stories of DUS KAHANIYAAN takes the viewers on a tour of expansive highways, and modern habitations, of kind strangers, lives lived in the corridors of power, free from the gloom of oppression. Fortunes are made and squandered, honour betrayed and redeemed, and love lost and rediscovered. A whole range of emotions on a big canvas.

Well, Sanjay Gupta must be commended for his bold innovations and lauded for providing a unique prospective to Hindi films. And the initial audience feedback indicates the same.
