Anshuman Jha has done various films in past starting from a very different film LOVE SEX AUR DHOKA and then he did couple of more films.

He is now seen in ANGREZI MEIN KEHTE HAIN which is a family film wherein he plays a small town boy who tries to woo a girl but in a different way. Being a family film it’s relatable to many and every household can relate to it.

As Anshuman has acted in varied choice of films not the usual conventional one he takes his stepping stone of success as a conscious decision.

Talking more in-depth about his film and body of work Anshuman candidly opens about his stint in Bollywood and what are his future plans.

On being asked how does he look at his career so far to which he said, “I come from a middle class family and when I did LOVE SEX AUR DHOKHA, I had a small yet meaty role and since then I decided to do films which have a good character and I choose a script which has a substance. I have worked with some of the finest actors of all time, look at Sanjay Mishra sir, Pankaj Tripathi sir they are powerhouse of actors sharing the same space with them is an honour for me.”

He further added, "For me ANGREZI MEIN KEHTE HAIN is one film which will touch the hearts of audience along with ANGREZI MEIN I also was offered DIL JUNGLEE, but I somehow chose this over DIL JUNGLEE. I always search for roles which are different and which can connect to the audience. I am one person who thinks if audiences come to theatres they should relate to the role and subject. So for my role I purchased my outfits from Baneras and north not the brands that we find in cities to get the look and feel of it.”

When asked him does medium matter to him or script, “For me the script matters I am not comfortable doing an infinite series on television as I have a life too, a finite series is fine with me. I am doing plays, few more movies which will be announced soon. I am okay to characters which have a sense of portrayal. I am not against television I am just not made for infinite series.”

Here’s wishing Anshuman all the very best for his future endeavours!
