Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for his next film KAABIL which is slated to release in less than a month.


KAABIL is making the right noise with its social media strategy and needless to say Hrithik Roshan’s acting so far that we have seen in trailer is excellent. We are aware of Hrithik’s dancing skills, acting power and his killing looks. Often called as the Greek God of Bollywood, he has even beaten Hollywood heart-throbs Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt, who are at number four and eight, respectively.

As New Year is round the corner and so are everyone's new year resolutions! One of the most common resolutions is to hit the gym, sweat out all the toxins and get that drool-worthy washboard abs.

So what better way than to get tips to achieve that goal from the best of the best?

In an interview to a popular magazine Hrithik unveiled his fitness regime and shared what makes him the most handsome actor in town!

He has been quoted saying good about broccoli and his diet, he said, “I’ve been having broccoli every single day for the last five years and, while I can’t explain the connection, I feel great. When I am in my transformation phase, I get off all carbs (except the fibrous kind) for seven to eight weeks. My five meals comprise 90gm of chicken or fish or six egg whites with one yolk tossed with a lot of broccoli and beans with different seasonings so it does not get monotonous.”

Surprisingly, the actor loves chocolates and says that “People still get shocked when they see me eat a whole box of chocolates. I don’t psyche myself out I know how to balance my meals even when I am not on a strict diet.”
