Veteran actress, producer & an active environmentalist Juhi Chawla is known to be a yoga practitioner & has recently been training for Pilates under Master Pilates & Strength Instructor Jui Inamdar.
A prestigious beauty pageant title winner & a successful Bollywood actress for over 25 years now, Juhi Chawla is an evergreen diva radiating & glowing her way to the top. The actress has been practicing Iyengar yoga for over a decade & now she is trying the new-age form of workout, Pilates.
Juhi shares, “Physical & mental fitness is of prime importance in my life. I’ve read & tried a variety of things & religiously been practicing Iyengar Yoga for 10 years now. When I was a kid, I used to think yoga was for old people, but really didn’t know the magic of yoga. I strongly recommend, if you want to be together, focused, be able to concentrate & be calm in this chaotic world & manage all the craziness in the world, try yoga or any form of exercise that you will do religiously.’
About Pilates Juhi excitedly shares, ‘It was after an injury while shooting some time back, I learnt from a friend that I should try Pilates. I’m training under Jui Inamdar. It is a happy feeling. My body is changing & has become more flexible now.”
