Know why Varun Dhawan seeks blessings of PM Modi & Mahatma Gandhi

Just yesterday we had informed about Anushka Sharma who is prepping for her upcoming film SUI DHAAGA: MADE IN INDIA where she is honing her sewing skills. Now, the actor Varun Dhawan just revealed about the shooting of the film which is all set to go on floors from next month.

Varun Dhawan, who is currently at Hong Kong to unveil his wax statue at Madame Taussads, took blessings of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and spoke about the shooting of his upcoming film SUI DHAAGA: MADE IN INDIA. As SUI DHAAGA is based on a social initiative and inspired from 'Make in India' initiative. Today being Mahatma Gandhi’s death anniversary, it seems the SUI DHAAGA team decided to announce about the film shooting.

Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma are paring up for the first time with Yash Raj Films. Produced by Maneesh Sharma, written and directed by Sharat Katariya (DUM LAGA KE HAISHA fame), SUI DHAAGA: MADE IN INDIA is set to release on September 28, 2018.

Apart from SUI DHAAGA: MADE IN INDIA, Varun Dhawan is currently working in Shoojit Sircar’s OCTOBER which is set to release in April 13, 2018 and Anushka Sharma is working in ZERO which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif and is slated to release on december 21,2018. Her upcoming film PARI is set to release on March 2, 2018.
