Performing on a distinctive ethnic song sequence, Manisha Koirala had the 8,000-strong crowd in Trinidad at their feet who were left asking for more at the Caribbean 'Bollywood Nite'.
"The response was just amazing. My performance was more culture-based," said Manisha after her performance at the Center of Excellence auditorium in Port of Spain Saturday.
"I guess that did the trick! I felt real good to perform before such a receptive and cheering crowd," said Manisha, who replaced Karisma Kapoor.
Presented by Tony Maharaj and organised by AIM India, the event also saw Akshay Kumar, Urmila Matondkar, Dino Morea, Alisha Chinoy, Sukhwinder Singh and Kunal Ganjawala perform to 10,000 watts of live music.
