Marathi filmmaker Ravi Jadhav's Hindi debut BANJO starring Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri goes on floors
Noted Marathi filmmaker Ravi Jadhav (NATRANG, BALAK PALAK, TIMEPASS) debut Hindi film BANJO starring Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri is set to go on floors this Sunday i.e. 17th January.

Eros International is backing this musical drama that shows the uncommon bonding between a DJ from US and a Banjo party from Mumbai.
Speaking about the development, producer Krishika Lulla says, “Ravi Jadhav is a name to reckon with in the Marathi film industry and has been credited with several blockbusters under his belt. At Eros, we have believed in and promoted content driven films and the association with a talent like Ravi Jadhav for BANJO is an extension of this belief.”
Director Ravi Jadhav added, “BANJO has been a dream project to launch with in Hindi cinema. It’s a musical drama, a story of a group of friends who create history with their path breaking music. I am very glad to have Eros backing my vision and looking forward to entertaining Hindi film audiences with BANJO”.
BANJO’s music has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar and lyrics have been penned down by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Ritesh Deshmukh and Ravi Jadhav previously where associated with BALAK PALAK, which was Ravi Jadhav’s acclaimed comedy on the topic of sex education. Ritesh Deshmukh had produced the project.
