Pedro Pascal is a man on the move. After his emphatic role in ‘Game of Thrones’ as Prince Oberyn Martell, he has bagged the role in Patty Jenkins sequel to WONDER WOMAN as reported by Variety.

Pedro Pascal had one of the most iconic roles and maybe the most gruesome death in the series but that role has given him worldwide exposure as he landed a big role in one of Netflix’s most popular show ‘Narcos’.

Pedro joins the cast along with Kristen Wiig who was tapped up to play the role of Cheetah, one of the biggest foes of WONDER WOMAN.

He is currently filming J.C. Chandor’s TRIPLE FRONTIER alongside Ben Affleck, Oscar Isaac, Charlie Hunnam, and Garrett Hedlund in Hawaii for Netflix.

WONDER WOMAN was the only film in the DCEU that made impact while the new JUSTICE LEAGUE film was not well received by either the critics or the fans of the franchise.

DC films have failed to hit the marks that Director Christopher Nolan left with this THE DARK KNIGHT TRILOGY except for WONDER WOMAN which raked up beyond $800 Million worldwide.
Patty Jenkins will write, direct and produce the sequel though not a lot of details are known at the moment about the film.

The release date of the untitled sequel has been scheduled for 1st Nov. 2019.
