It has been decades since we saw the original line up of Queen electrify the stage with their front man Freddie Mercury after his death in 1991.
But that is about to change as the biopic made on the band is nearing its release date. During the recent Cinemacon event, 20th Century Fox revealed a few images from the film and they look as if Queen had made a comeback and the world has time travelled in the past.
Possibly the greatest front man to ever grace the center stage, Freddie Mercury is remembered for his iconic voice and the range he could manipulate to bring out his best vocal work.
In the recent images Rami Malek looks exactly the same sporting Mercury’s signature moustache with the rest of the members of Queen behind him.
The film will chronical the rock and roll life of the bank and they took over the world with brilliant songwriting and catchy tunes.
The images do not give away enough, but show more about the casting brilliance of the film with immaculate makeup to bring back memories of a star that passed away before his time.
In addition to Malek, the Queen band members will be played by Joe Mazzello, Ben Hardy, and Gwilym Lee.
Directed by Dexter Fletcher, who replaced Bryan Singer, after there were issues between him and Rami Malek.
The film is scheduled to release on 2nd November 2018.
