Sanjay Gagnani reveals his fitness mantra

Fitness is about living a happy and healthy life which pushes us to work towards becoming the best version of ourselves. This is the reason that Kundali Bhagya’s antagonist Sanjay Gagnani’s keeping his fitness game on point. Though he finds it tough to work out regularly as a result of his work commitments, shoot schedules and travel, he has found an easier alternative to the gym in order to stay fit. As soon as the camera switches off, he quickly grabs his workout equipment so that he can exercise during the break.

Commenting on this, Sanjay said “I love different kinds of workouts and I ensure that I keep doing some physical activity throughout the day. Initially, I would diligently workout at the gym but eventually found it difficult to squeeze in time for that. But that didn’t stop me from following a basic workout regime on the sets itself. I do free-hand exercises like lunges, pull-ups, push-ups, squats and a few other drills. Sometimes, we even play cricket in between breaks to stay active and have some fun at the same time.”
