MILAN TALKIES: Ali Fazal’s ‘Bakaiti’ is Tigmanshu’s tribute!

‘Bakaiti’, from  Tigmanhsu  Dhulia’s  MILAN TALKIES,  composed by Rana Mazumdar has a nice 70’s style rhythm, quirky, apt lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, sung with zest by Sukhwinder and Benny Dayal. The visuals provide an interesting  insight into the film set in Allahabad, UP and commences with a scenic view of holy Ganges,  followed by humorous conversation between Ali Fazal and Tigmanshu about his career as a Bollywood director, then there are snatches of Ali, who is the gang leader of his mohalla helping out needy people with his muscle power, and in between taking shots, aping  Big B and finally ending with a nice romantic scene with Shraddha Srinath.

Dhat Teri, Teri Zamana
Humko Thenga Fikar
Aapna Bheja Hai Tamancha
Dil Hai Pressure Cooker
Oh Dhat Teri, Teri Zamana
Humko Thenga Fikar
Aapna Bheja Hai Tamancha
Dil Hai Pressure Cooker
Dil Ki Karenge Nakko Darenge
Dil Ki Karenge Nakko Darenge
Duniya Ko Dikha De Aa Jara
