Don't perceive THE TRAIN as yet another adultery drama featuring Emraan Hashmi.
Though the young-and-recently-married actor may have been seen in numerous films belonging to this genre in the past, most notably being MURDER, ZEHER and AKSAR, THE TRAIN is far removed from any such films.
Yes, there is a man who has a wife and a daughter and still falls for another woman but this forms only one angle to the entire story. The truth is something different, something even more shocking that probably has never been seen before in a Hindi movie. This is because apart from the 'other woman' scenario, there is a lot more in the film that meets the eyes and that is what makes THE TRAIN a truly different film.
The makers have taken smart promotional measures by completely sidelining the sheer twist in the plot since that is what makes for all the suspense, intrigue and conspiracy in the film that has Emraan involved with two women - Geeta Basra [his beloved] and Sayali Bhagat [his wife].
Come May and the promotion is expected to take a new route that would make audience stand up and look forward to the chapters that are expected to unfold in THE TRAIN. Meanwhile enjoy the songs by Mithoon that are already scaling heights with 'Woh Ajnabee', 'Mausam' as well as 'Beete Lamhain' meeting with audience good response.
