Director of National Award winning film like PAAN SINGH TOMAR and the iconic SAHEB BIWI GANGSTER series, Tigmanshu Dhulia’s latest venture is MILAN TALKIES, which releases this Friday. Tigmanshu along with the cast has been busy promoting MILAN TALKIES in different parts of country and recently the versatile actor-director was in Chandigarh where they met with an overwhelming response from the public. Accompanied by lead actor, Ali Fazal, actress Shraddha Srinath and Sikander Kher who essays the role of a villain, the director spoke at length about MILAN TALIKES, a subject very close to his heart.
Speaking to the press Tigmanshu said, "MILAN TALKIES is my MUGHAL-E-AZAM. It’s a different love story and I have been working on it for the past three years. It’s a youth centric film and deals with jobless youth who make films based on ‘jugaad’ (make do) and makes a living through fraudulent means by aiding students to cheat (naqal mafia!) in exams. I am sure and optimistic that the public and youngsters in particular will really like my film.”
