Tusshar building those fab abs for AGGAR
Tusshar Kapoor has been building those mean muscles for a year now to look menacing in Shyam Bajaj's AGGAR. The character of the ad-man whose life takes a cruel turn with betrayal and how life drives him into depression and back forms the crux of the story of this Shyam Bajaj venture directed by Anant Mahadevan.
Tusshar, a complete foodie who digs pizzas and American junk food, has been desisting from binging on his favourite foods and focusing on those abs instead. Director Anant Mahadevan agrees that Tusshar has worked really hard on the role. "From the looks to clothes to everything, he has been seriously working on the character rather than looking at himself as a star. His role is slightly dark and hence, his clothes are not flashy as how stars would normally like them. But he actually went with the character."
Agrees Tusshar, "I have been focusing on my body from the SHOOTOUT AT LOKHANDWALA time and post that, AGGAR came on. And hence I took on the role and worked on my muscle toning with my trainer." In fact Tusshar also wishes his trainer would accompany him on shoots. "I work out religiously everyday but when I shoot, it is like a chunk of dates that I allot to outdoor shoots. And I have fights with my trainer asking him to accompany me on these shoots. That would be some more motivation," he smiles.
Here's looking forward to the hunkier Tussshar in the Shyam Bajaj flick slated to hit the theatres, this August.
