For his look in SHOOTOUT AT WADALA
, the prequel to Balaji's runaway hit SHOOTOUT AT LOKHANDWALA, actor Tusshar Kapoor
drew inspiration from the styles that veterans Amitabh Bachchan
, Vinod Khanna
and his father Jeetendra
made infamous during the early 80s.
Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the film set in the period 1972-81, required Tusshar to sport different hairstyles - Says Tusshar Kapoor, "In this film my character follows a graph of 10 years and the look is much more rugged. I decided to grow my hair and sport long hair just like my dad (Jeetendra), Amitabh Bachchan and Vinod Khanna did in those days. I went through all their pictures and only then chose my look."CHECK OUT: Tusshar Kapoor says no to body double for SHOOTOUT AT WADALA action
