In conversation with Vikramaditya Motwane as he speaks about casting Rajkummar Rao, his film TRAPPED and upcoming project BHAVESH JOSHI which stars Harshvardhan Kapoor.
When asked Vikramaditya Motwane on his idea for filming TRAPPED, which is a survival drama, he said, “I was thinking about a different subject and one of the writers shared this experience and we decided to pen it down. I always had Rajkummar Rao in mind as I knew he would fit the bill and was apt for the role. Raj has given more than he could ever and strived hard to get into the skin of the character.”
He further went on to say, “Apart from us even Raj had his inputs on how he would react if trapped. The film has been widely appreciated in MAMI festival and we have changed some scenes for the final release.”
On being asked about his future projects including BHAVESH JOSHI, he added, “BHAVESH JOSHI is next in the row for which Harshvardhan Kapoor is a part. I can’t divulge much about the film at this point of time. Talking about other projects I do wish to make a sci-fi film in coming future.”
Here’s wishing team TRAPPED all the very best!
