Barack Obama knows how to observe proper conduct and it’s no surprise how he kept cool when he met Madonna.

The former U.S. President, who is busy promoting his new book ‘A Promised Land’ recalled his meeting with the Queen of Pop in an exclusive clip from this Friday’s ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, reports ETCanada.

In the short video, the talk show’s host Jimmy Fallon recollected how he introduced Obama to the 62-year-old singer during his appearance on the show in 2016.

“We went over to see Madonna… she was very flirty, she’s very sexy, and she was like, ‘Hello, hi,’” Fallon said.

“And you go, all business, ‘Hello. Pleasure to meet you.’ And I was like, ‘That’s right. That’s the way Michelle would be like — that’s right. That’s how you do it.'”

To which Barack Obama jokingly replied “Don’t think that you elected a fool. I knew how to handle my business.”

The duo also reminisced Obama’s two ‘Slow Jam the News’ sketches on the The Late Night show in 2012 and The Tonight Show in 2016, reports Entertainment Weekly.

“I saw a different President Obama the second time around,” Fallon added recalling the first time when Barack Obama refused to perform a mood-appropriate ‘Oooh yeeeeah.’

Jimmy Fallon also revealed that the then-president was quite enthusiastic the second time when he sang bars from Rihanna’s ‘Work.’
