Cuba Gooding Jr sex abuse trail starts Thursday. The Oscar winning actor Gooding was booked on charges of misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree in New York City.
The Incident took place in June 2019 where in the accuser a 29-year-old woman has filed a police report stating Gooding grabbed her breast at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge Moxy NYC Times Square hotel in Manhattan.
Reportedly Mr. Gooding's attorney Mark J. Heller have reviewed the video clip from bar extensively and shall present their best in the court that should probably clear out the scene.
Gooding's first major role was in John Singleton's inner-city crime drama Boyz n the Hood (1991), in which he played the lead, Tre Styles.
In 1996, Gooding played football player in Cameron Crowe's blockbuster dramatic sports comedy Jerry Maguire (1996) with co-star Tom Cruise, which was a major critical and commercial success and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture. Most significantly, it earned Gooding an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.
