British actress Dame Barbara Windsor, DBE known for her appearances in the ‘Carry On’ films and for playing Peggy Mitchell in the BBC One soap opera ‘EastEnders’ dies at age of 83.

Reportedly In April 2014, Windsor was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and later she was moved to a care home in London.
